Withdrawal Tips
  1. Please fill in all information and ensure input trade account is valid, it helps to speed up the withdrawal approval process
  2. Withdrawal amount cannot exceed the balance
  3. Withdrawal amount must transfer to registered bank account; all bank charges (if any) should be borne by account beneficiary
  4. The settlement will be proceed at 12:00nn every working day, late enquires will be handled on the next working day
  5. Withdrawal support VND,  MYR and IDR
    • VND: limit of 1,200,000 to 300,000,000 per application
    • MYR: limit of 50 to 50,000 per application
    • IDR: limit of 200,000 to 100,000,000 per application
